At this time it will be the responsibility of each youth member or organise transportation.

Venturers need to self cater for their own meals or take money to buy meals from the onsite Canteen.  The Canteen Menu will be available on the VG Website.

** ALL GEAR MUST BE CARRIED IN - USE HIKE PACK OR SIMILAR AND PACK LIGHT **
Hike Tent, Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Mat
Suitable clothing (note special requirements if Jelly Wresting)
Water Bottle, Hat & Sunscreen
Personal First Aid Kit, Eating Utensils (Dilly Bag), Hike Stove (if cooking required).
Note banned items including energy drinks and aerosols - Bags are searched at check-in.

Venturers need to show some common sense and maturity and make sure they get sufficient sleep to enjoy the weekend.
